The Hair depot

My 1st time here. It's a huge store with almost every kind of hair & hair stuff. Customer service was great but....and this is just my 2 cents..what you see and try on display is not quite what you get ..I got a 22inch body wave 13*4 ..I don't like it.. it's too thing and doesn't look like 100% human hair..What I tried on was more full and looked really good. So am Kinda disappointed esp being a 1st time buyer

I had a horrible experience at hair depot ! I went in the store to buy hair with the sale they had . Buy one huddle get one for a penny . So I bought 24 in hair for $99 and 26 in hair for $109 , so I would get 4 cuddles for 208 not adding tax . I was charged $220 for bundles because the man didn’t check me out correctly and made me pay for the highest bundles and not pay for one 26in and one 24in like I asked . It wasn’t mentioned ANYWHERE that I would be charged for both longer bundles . When I explained that my recipe was wrong then he finally told me that they ONLY charge for the longer bundle . Then I proceed to ask for a refund but he goes on to say there is no refund on hair when it doesn’t say that at all on my receipt ! It says not refund on wigs . This is my second time coming here , and the first time was a nice experience but this experience was less than desirable and very unprofessional. They don’t make anything clear and have underlined details that aren’t made aware to the customer . Not to mentioned when I paid , it was in cash and I gave exact cash and change to recieve my exact change back . The man KEPT MY CHANGE and only gave it to me once I brought it to his attention . I am very unsatisfied with this experience.

Customer service was pretty good which was why I gave two stars. other then that they hair quality is TERRIBLE!!! I had gotten a pineapple hair for $280 something for "HUMAN" hair it should last longer then 1 month. I take care of my wigs the quality of the hair became matted and dry I had to condition and tweak it in order for it to stay moisturized. amazon wig stayed a lot longer then hair depot hair. they state once you take a wig you can't return or do refunds.... I would not advice getting any "HUMAN" HAIR FROM HERE!!!! keep in mind i gave them a second chance my sister bought a bundle and hair quality was still trash.... :(
